The Man Telvin was Born ‘’ Telvin Oyunku Isaac Pinawou ‘’ into the 70s in Warri South, Bomadi Local Government Area, Delta State Nigeria. He was raised in the Ghetto filled with terror and atrocities. He is the last child from a Christian family of Eight. His Deep interest and Passion for Music dwells in him even before he was Born. Telvin attended the Ghetto Nursery School for 2years, and later proceeded to complete his Primary Education where he studied for Six years. Six years of getting to meet people and learn about music, then the Jacksons were Topping the Charts. He listens and learns from any good Music, and watches Movies a lot. There is lots of love and Adoration in his Heart for Michael Jackson’s Music, but he has nothing to learn from the Pop Star. Though meek and shy, he sings when he is among discouraging friends (Only Friends) then. It took the Music Genius several years to gain confidence in his God given talent.

He rounded up his Primary Education and later secured Admission into High School (Hussey College Warri ) where he showcased his long hidden talent. In Grade3 he joined an Entertainment Club called Arts Students Association (A.S.A) with the assistance of an interested Senior Student and Assistant President ( Dede Brown) of the Club who resides in same neighbourhood with Telvin. Dede Brown is presently one of the Biggest Heavyweights in Entertainment in Nigeria. Though a member of the Club, but he wasn’t given any opportunity to perform on stage due to his tender age. His big break to appear and perform live on stage finally came after much pressure on Dede Brown. And the light shone on the youngest and most talented member of the Club after ripping all the performers of their spaces. They were amazed at his young and talented musical skills. He won enough Money and Medals in every competition for the Club.

He had it in mind to further and improve on his musical skills, but stepped aside from the music lane in the Year 1989 to focus on his studies because he has 3more years to graduate from High School. Telvin has been in silence for almost 2years when he bumped on a man’s song on the Radio which took his life for a spin. The song was a new one from a new Music Act called ROBERT SYLVESTER KELLY (KEL’S). The song “Dedicated” caught his attention and got him standing still for the rest of the minutes the song took. This Man dazzled and Thrilled Telvin so much that not a day passes by without hearing R. Kelly’s songs on Telvin’s lips. His First solo Album ‘’ Born into the 90s ‘’ held the Star Telvin hostage for months. He Adored and Cherished this man who later inspired him with his songs and Charisma. Aaron Hall and Kci & JoJo were also acts he loves too, but R. Kelly was his ALL as long as Music is concerned. Telvin later proceeded to College for a 4year course and left with a Bsc. Degree in Business Administration. R. After he left College, his first single ‘’ Waffi on the Rize ‘’ a song he made for his ghetto hit the street so hard that eyes could not behold nor ear stop itching for what this guy “Telvin” is made of. His next single “Turn it Up” (It’s weekend), I will never love this way again, The way in, Ghetto love and Taye all went platinum. His album “The way out” crumbled the street. Telvin wish and heart desire is to have a collabo with his mentor and Inspirer “R Kelly”. And he will not stop until he achieve his dreams.
